In the spirit of being unique, The Corner Office Restaurant + Martini Bar, a swanky, retro-inspired Denver eatery, is adding a new, albeit unconventional event to its social calendar: Silent Disco Brunch. This monthly affair will complement the recurring Sunday Disco Brunch series, which boasts boas, sequins and other flamboyant 70’s attire.
Silent disco dancers are given headphones with the option of two groovy stations to shake what their mamas gave them, while the video footage streams live on TCO’s social media pages. Guests with the best moves will win bragging rights by capturing the most “likes” for their posted videos.
When you’ve worked up a roaring appetite, The Corner Office hopes you’ll indulge in their fantastic brunch spread. Take your pick of stellar dishes like Velvet Revolver red velvet pancakes with cream cheese frosting or the Starsky PBLT, a unique twist on a classic with maple syrup drizzled pork belly sandwiched between two waffles. If savory tastes are more your speed, try the Bee-Gee Quiche with chorizo, caramelized onions and queso fresco or the Soul Train Benny, a sea-inspired take on traditional eggs benedict with crab cakes and crawfish tater tots.
In case you need added motivation to participate in the dance off, The Corner Office serves up a wide array of cocktails, including a Bloody Mary bar containing 20 different ingredients and of course, a full menu of martinis.
The Silent Disco Brunch at The Corner Office is on the first Sunday of every month from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. For the full Disco Brunch menu, click here. Time to break out your bell bottoms!
