We have all heard people say that Arizona is hot. Too hot and why would you want to live there?
Arizona is a huge state, and sparsely populated. It also has a wonderful climate difference depending on where you are living. Go south and feel the heat of Phoenix, and Tuscon. Travel to the White Mountains that sweep into New Mexico, and you will experience temperatures in the lower digits.
The icicle in the window is in the Quonset hut that Bill and Dave have been building. It gets cold in Concho, but the mountain air is dry. This makes it feel less cold than the same temperature would in a humid climate. Bill enjoys quiet moments in the garden end where the sun warms the cold March morning. In the hotter months we will probably find him in the shady part of the house.
