Saturday's headliner, Jonathan Thulin, does things a little different from other performers. While he has booked quite a few festival and church performances on his recent tours, he has also booked a large number of living room dates. That's right, I said living room. The Swedish-born artist (now based in Minneapolis) simply posts on his Facebook page the dates that he has open on his tour and what area he will be in and asks who wants to have him perform in their living room. (He still has dates in the next two weeks open, if you are interested.) Thulin's latest album, The White Room, was released in 2012 with an upgraded Deluxe Edition becoming available on iTunes last November. The album produced the singer's first #1 Christian single as a solo artist, "Dead Come to Life". Thulin is also a member of the chart-topping Christian band Press Play.

Sunday's headliner, Project 86, has placed five albums in the Top 20 of the Christian chart. The Orange County rockers are currently working on their ninth album, which they hope to release this fall. Like Jonathan Thulin, P86 also does things a little differently. The band has been bringing supporters into their Van Nuys recording studio for the day while they record their new album. The album was fan funded through an Indiegogo campaign and will contain 18 new songs, four of which will be acoustic tracks.
