New Year's activities this evening looks to be nice weather-wise as mostly clear skies are expected with temperatures falling through the thirties by midnight tonight. Overnight tomorrow night, a cold front is expected to move through the region bringing rain showers overnight, changing to snow showers as the front moves through. The snow is expected to linger into Thursday morning before skies clear overnight Thursday. Temperatures are expected to drop behind this system with highs in the upper twenties on Friday.
