High pressure continues to hold onto the Clarksville area this weekend as mostly sunny skies are once again expected today. Temperatures have finally rebounded across the area as high temperatures for today will be in the lower eighties. The warm and sunny weather is expected to continue through the upcoming workweek as another slow moving system begins to move into the mid-west. Highs will continue to be in the lower to middle eighties through this time as the sunny skies continue to shine over the region. Looking ahead to the next chance for precipitation, the slow moving system will move into the region Friday evening bringing scattered showers and thunderstorms.
