Another disturbance will move to the south of the Clarksville area this morning bringing a few showers to the Clarksville area. Temperatures are also expected to remain cool today as highs will be in the lower sixties. The skies will start to clear for the end of the weekend with highs increasing into the lower seventies. By the beginning of the workweek, an area of high pressure will settle in over the southeastern United States and will be strong enough to keep weather systems out of the Clarksville area through much of the upcoming week. Temperatures will also increase with the sunny weather and southwest breeze as highs will be back in the eighties by Tuesday.
