A cold front will move through the Clarksville area this morning bringing scattered showers to the region as well as a breezy north northwest wind. Temperatures will be the warmest this morning as highs will be in the upper forties, but the temperatures are expected to drop throughout the day. Some of the precipitation that falls may mix with sleet and snow in the afternoon as the temperatures continue to drop. Thursday is expected to be a cool day with highs in the forties. The cool spell will be short lived as highs will rebound into the sixties for Friday before the next system moves through the region this weekend. This system will bring another chance of rain showers on Saturday with temperatures remaining near sixty.
