The nice start to the workweek is expected to continue in the Clarksville area as skies will be partly cloudy today with temperatures warming into the lower seventies. The warm weather will be short lived as a cold front is expected to move through the region Tuesday night into Wednesday. This front will bring scattered showers to the region Wednesday morning, but strong winds will cause temperatures to drop into the forties and thirties during the day Wednesday. The cold weather is expected to continue through Thursday with temperatures remaining in the middle forties. Looking to the weekend, another system is expected to move through the region on Friday bringing a few showers, but temperatures will remain near normal, in the upper fifties.
