Sunny skies continue for the Clarksville area this weekend as high pressure remains in control over the region. Conditions will remain fairy comfortable today as humidity levels begin to rise with temperatures also beginning to rise into the middle eighties. The sunny conditions will continue into the later part of the weekend with humidity levels and temperatures increasing into the upper eighties. For the beginning of the workweek, the winds will begin to come from the south and west and this will cause humidity levels to increase with high temperatures in the lower nineties. There will also be a frontal system that will once again slowly move into the region triggering isolated showers and thunderstorms for Monday and Tuesday. The boundary between warm humid air and cool Canadian air will be located over the region by the middle of the workweek and will cause scattered showers and thunderstorms to develop with temperatures in the middle to upper eighties.
