A very cold start to the week continues for the Clarksville area as highs today will remain in the middle teens. Overnight lows will drop into the single digits once again before temperatures start to slowly warm over the week. Highs will be in the middle twenties Wednesday under mostly sunny skies with temperatures warming into the forties for the end of the workweek. With an increase in temperatures, Clarksville will be on the dividing line between warm air and cold air and this will allow a series of systems to move across the region. These systems are expected to bring rain showers to the region through the upcoming weekend.
