A series of weak systems are expected to affect the Clarksville area over the next week as a trough remains over the eastern United States. The first will move through the region tonight into tomorrow bringing a few rain and snow showers to the region. Little to no snow accumulation is expected, but temperatures will drop from highs in the middle forties today, to near thirty tomorrow as the front moves through. Temperatures are expected to rebound back into the forties to fifties for the weekend before the next system that will move through the region early next week. This series of weak systems reinforcing the cooler air is expected to continue through the upcoming workweek, with little to no precipitation, rain or snow.
