After a rainy day Monday for Clarksville, skies will remain partly cloudy today as another system moves into the Clarksville region. This system will move through tonight dropping temperatures into the middle twenties with a few snow showers possible. A dusting on grassy surfaces is possible with the snow moving in, but higher accumulations are expected in eastern Tennessee. Temperatures will return to below normal values for the rest of the workweek as another shot of cold air moves into the region. Highs for Friday as only expected to be near freezing with overnight lows in the teens. Looking ahead to the upcoming weekend, temperatures are expected to return to the forties under mostly sunny skies.
