Skies will clear to start the workweek with cooler temperatures, in the upper thirties. Looking ahead to the New Year's Eve holiday, skies are expected to remain mostly clear with temperatures warming into the forties. For those going to New Year activities overnight Tuesday, the skies are expected to be mostly clear with temperatures falling through the thirties by midnight.
