High pressure will settle into the Clarksville area today bringing mostly sunny skies. Temperatures have cooled though as highs are only expected to be in the middle to upper thirties today. A reinforcing shot of cold air will move into the region overnight tonight and will call for temperatures to be in the upper twenties for Christmas Eve. Christmas Day looks to be a dry day as partly cloudy skies are expected with temperatures in the lower forties. Temperatures will continue to be near average through the rest of the week as highs will be in the upper thirties to lower forties under mostly sunny skies.

Thursday: Mostly sunny. High: Near 40 Low: Lower 20s
