High pressure continues to hold onto the Clarksville area this morning allowing for mostly sunny skies, but clouds will start to move in throughout the day. Temperatures will be warmer today as highs climb to near normal, in the middle to upper forties. This will be a temporary warm up as a wave of low pressure moves through the region overnight tonight. This system will bring scattered showers to the region overnight tonight through the day tomorrow. Some of the precipitation at the onset may mix with snow, but no accumulations are expected as the temperatures warm. Skies will clear overnight Saturday allowing for mostly sunny skies on Sunday with temperatures in the lower thirties. Looking to the upcoming workweek, high pressure looks to remain in control with temperatures warming into the forties and fifties by the end of the week.

Monday: Mainly sunny. High: Upper 40s Low: Lower 30s
