A trough of lower pressure will move into the Clarksville area for this weekend bringing the risk for precipitation back into the picture for the area. Temperatures for today and tomorrow are expected to be near normal with highs in the middle eighties. The precipitation is expected to be at its heavies Saturday night into Sunday as the system moves through the region. Any showers or thunderstorms that develop have the potential to produce gusty winds and heavy rain. This unsettled pattern is expected to continue into the upcoming workweek as another disturbance is expected to move through the region Wednesday. This will once again allow for the risk for showers and thunderstorms in the region and for high temperatures to slightly cool down back into the lower eighties.
