The upper level low pressure area will slowly move out of the Clarksville area today allowing for temperatures to climb into the upper eighties. This area of low pressure is still a place for instability and isolated showers and thunderstorms are possible through the end of the workweek. Any of the showers or thunderstorms that do develop could produce heavy rain at times. Looking ahead to the weekend, a large area of high pressure will build in over the area allowing for skies to become mostly sunny with temperatures remaining warm, in the upper eighties to lower nineties.
