The City of Des Moines and Jasper Winery announce 2014 unWINEd concert schedule

The City of Des Moines and Jasper Winery announced the musical lineup for the 2014 unWINEd summer concert series yesterday. The unWINEd events will be split this year between their traditional home at Gray's Lake and the (relatively) new Riverwalk Hub. (The Hub opened at 215 Water Street on the Des Moines Riverwalk in July of last year.) In past years, unWINEd has taken place every other Friday throughout the summer, but this year, there will be an unWINEd event nearly every Friday (exceptions: July 4 and August 29). Jasper Winery will again be providing wine, sangria, and Madhouse beer for purchase at all the events, and the Riverwalk Hub will also have a number of food and beverage options available for purchase at their events. The City of Des Moines will offer grilled foods for sale at Gray's Lake. The concerts are free and open to the public, and they will run from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

The Soul Searchers will play the unWINEd summer concert series again this year.
