The circus is coming to town!!

Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey is bringing their all-new circus spectacular, Legends to the Los Angeles area from July 9 – August 3. The show will play at the STAPLES center Los Angeles (July 9-15); Citizens Business Bank Arena, Ontario (July 18 - 22) and Honda Center Anaheim (July 25 – August 3).

The iconic Ringling Bros. invites families to witness amazing circus athlete perform awe-inspiring feats, spectacles of strength and thrills of wonder in a show that has captured imaginations for centuries. The show features Paulo, the Legend Seeker on his quest to discover real, living circus legends from around the world. Along the way he encounters the fantastical Pegasus, a Unicorn and the remarkable Woolly Mammoth!

The show features over 100 performers from 25 countries and more than 85 animals from nearly every continent in the world. Several unique acts are featured including the China National Acrobatic Troupe from Beijing that will impress audiences with their fast paced hoop diving and graceful Diabolo juggling skills. One of their impressive acts includes balancing 20 people on two bicycles. The show also features the Big Cat trainer, Alexander Lacey, the fabulous Cossack Rider’s equestrian stunts, the Globe of Steel motorcycle daredevils, the Clown Alley and of course performing elephants!
The elephants travel from their home at the Center for Elephant Conservation in Florida to enthusiastically perform for audiences. According to Janice Aria, the director of Animal Stewardship at the Center, the elephants that travel and perform do so because they are truly enjoy performing in shows and traveling.

The ultimate circus fan will delight in the opportunity to experience the Ringmaster Zone. This offer provides select ticket holder and guest with an unprecedented look “behind the current” of the Greatest Show on Earth. Fans will have the opportunity to walk on the red carpet, meet Ringmaster Johnathan Lee Iverson and the stars of the show, step inside the Globe of Steel, take photos and have an up-close elephant encounter.

Select locations (Ontario and Anaheim) offer several exciting interactive elements included in the ticket price that take place before the show starts. The Animal Open House allows visitors to get up close with the amazing animal stars and families can also step onto the arena floor to meet the performers, learn circus skills and try on costumes and much more!
