That's right Memphis, since its founding days of 1907 there, The Church of God in Christ 106th Holy Convocation again blesses St. Louis with yet another remarkable convening. Starting Monday, November 4th, and ending November 10, 2013; at The Edward Jones Dome, with The Lord's Day Worship Celebration, at 10:00 a.m., at the Edward Jones Dome, hosted by Charles E. Blake, Sr.-Presiding Bishop & Chief Apostle.
Then later during the finale, The Service of Episcopal Consecration & Installation and The Holy Communion Celebration, starting at 7:30 p.m.However, on Monday, November 4th, there will be an all night Prayer service in Hall 4 & 5, starting at 11:30 p.m.On Tuesday, November 5th, there will be an Anointing Service at 9:00 a.m. with speaker Administrative Assistant Carl Pierce; later an evening Worship Service at 7:00 p.m. with speaker Bishop William Wright, followed by a Late Night Musical across the street at the Renaissance Hotel Grand Ballroom-10:30 p.m.
All week long there will be so much to do, so it will be very imperative that you get downtown and get your blessings. This event has a massive impact on the St. Louis economic growth, bringing in over 50,000 delegates and guests from all over the country. And St. Louis is blessed to be able to land the trust of this convention since they moved it here 3 years ago, from its home-base in Memphis.
There will be Men's and Women Day Observance events, health and job fairs, a march to the Justice Center and frequents worship services at local participating churches around the city.
