The Christian's world at the end of 2012

The year of 2012 is now in the history books. The church corporate continues in a deep slumber that has lasted some 51 years. A major revival is needed for this country to survive without God's wrath continuing to sweep the land. Here are the some of the views of our world that Christians should be aware of about the year of 2012. Can you show me from these views how the church is teaching the straight truth and inerrant Word of God?

As of 1 December 2012, The Pew Report says there are 1.6 billion Islamics world-wide. If this number is correct, Islamics represent over 22 per cent of the world's population.

As of August 2012, The Pew Report states there are 2.2 billion Evangelical Christians world-wide.

As of 18 December 2012, The Pew Report shows the distribution of Christians world-wide as follows: 558,260,000 live in Europe, 531,280,000 in Latin America, 517,340,000 in Sub-Saharan Africa, 286,950,000 in the Asian-Pacific area, 266,630,000 in North American, and 12,710,000 in North Africa and the Middle East.

As of December 2012, The Pew Report estimates at the end of 2011 there are approximately 3,480,000 million Muslims in the United States. This is up from 1.6 million in 2010. However, this is still a very politically hot potato, and the truth of the matter is debatable. Not all Muslims are Islamic.

As of 2012, it is estimated there are approximately 1.1 billion who are religiously unaffiliated world-wide. There at 13 million atheists in the United States in addition to 33 million who have no particular religious affiliation?

As of 2012, it is estimated that in North America there are 59,040,000 who do not have any religious affiliation.

On December 31, 2012 George Barna of the Barna Research Group reports that only 44 percent of women attend church services during a typical week.

That same study shows that only 36 percent of men attend church services during a typical week.

As of the end of 2012 a Barna Research study shows 43 percent of Americans said it doesn’t matter what religious faith you follow because they all teach the same lessons; 54% of Americans disagree.

The same study shows that half of Americans (50 percent) believe that all people are eventually saved or accepted by God no matter what they do, while 40 percent disagreed.

Billy Graham once remarked, "If God doesn't punish America for it's sin, He is going to have to apologize to Sodom and Gomorrah." We live in a day where the Bible and Christians are not popular.

My calling, as an evangelist, is to awaken people spiritually and get their head out of the world and on Jesus Christ. I trust that the Holy Spirit can show you the truth in my desire to see America revived and back on the Godly tract it once was, and can be in the future.

As you can easily see, the church has a long way to go in teaching the inerrant Word of God. Wake up Church; you can not mix Christianity and any other religion. It is impossible and the teacher's of this apostasy will have to stand before God and answer for calling Him a liar. The following verses explain this position.

God said in Matthew 3:17, "And see a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased." God also said in Mark 9:7, "And there was a cloud that overshadowed them: and a voice came out of the cloud, saying, This is my beloved Son: hear him." Jesus said in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me."

The truth is sometimes harsh. But I would rather confront apostasy with the truth than to answer why I didn't speak up and say something. The Word of God is, "Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and forever", Hebrews 13:8! And Psalm 121:4, "Behold, he that keeps Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep."
