A few years ago a 6 year old boy named Caine who lived in East L.A. came up with an idea for The Global Cardboard Challenge. With support from The Imagination Foundation and sponsored by Mattress FIRM® the event now takes place around the world.
On Saturday, October 5, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. families can help support childhood creativeness and inventiveness by designing and building awesome creations for the Children’s Museum of Cleveland Cardboard Amusement Park.
Join members and staff as they cut, tape, color and build all manner of games, rides and booths. There will also be a screening of the mini-documentary “Caine’s Arcade” as well as free rides on the mini “Little Tykes® Coaster.
