Fingers crossed they haven't bitten off more than they can chew on next week's lineup for The Chew. The episodes air from March 24-28 and they are jam packed with yummy goodness. The week Daphne Oz will return from maternity leave after giving birth to daughter Philomena Bijou. She will not return full-time to the show until April.
This week is themed "Fried Chicken Week." You will get some tips and tricks from celebrity chef Mario Batali, Michael Symon, and Carla Hall, entertaining expert Clinton Kelly and health enthusiast Daphne Oz. The goal of The Chew is to excite people's lives through food, entertaining and lifestyle. They want to make your life better, fuller and more fun. Wednesday, March 26 - "Chicken It Up a Notch" displays Country Cat Diner House and Bar in Portland, OR; Chef Ryan Scott (Food Rush) joins Daphne Oz to create his famous sloppy Joe.
Thursday, March 27 - "The World on a Plate" centers on D Bar in Denver, CO; Daphne and Clinton make sweet and tangy beef stir fry; Daphne's non-alcoholic grapefruit mojito recipe.
Friday, March 28 - "Extra Value Friday: Pies 'N' Thighs" highlights New York City's Hill Country Barbeque; Carla Hall's guide to easy and delicious peanut butter pie pops.
