As the artist of the 9th annual Jazz in the Gardens music festival gear up to give South Florida a show; the chefs of the event get ready to amaze the crowd with their most inventive and popular dishes. On Wednesday, February 19,2014 some of the top chefs in Miami hosted the JITG9 Foodie tasting event at the Betty Ferguson Auditorium in Miami Gardens, Florida. The coordinator of the event Elvis Anderson of Circle of One Marketing explained how important is was to introduce the chefs behind the tasty food being prepared at the music festival.

Many people gathered to taste the trendy dishes that will be at Jazz in the Gardens 2014. Chef Winston Williams of Catering Concepts & Concessions made a mouthwatering seafood rice wrapped in a natural shell which had the tasters coming back for more. Things got a little hot and spicy when Chef Donovan of Kingston Delight pulled out his appetizing jerk chicken. To cool things off Fruitzen Delight prepared the natural frozen dessert similar to an Italian icy with fruits on top and in the middle. The chef of Reed and Sons catering was proud to admit the lines are always consistent for his famous conch salad. The BBQ Chicken of Randy's BBQ and Catering is made a with a secret sauce that only the chef knows but the tasters loved enough continue to replenishing their dish with. The fried lobster tail with the tangy garlic sauce from Cuzin Tim's Seafood Shack was one of the signature dishes at Jazz in the Gardens and it made its point at the Foodie tasting event.

On March 15-16 there will be a total of 50 festival chefs cooking it up for the fans of Jazz in the Gardens and the chefs that hosted the JITG9 Foodie tasting event are definitely some of the many to look out for.
