Rossini's Gourmet Vegan Cheese Pizza is made with Daiya cheese, actually a blend of Italian and Cheddar Daiya cheeses. The entire pizza is non-dairy and vegan, so no animals suffered for this pizza. It is a large pizza, about 22 ounces, and yields eight large slices. Estimated calories are about 150 per slice, although nothing official is out yet. Veganessentials.com says the calories will be put on the package in October 2010.
