'The Change Up' turned down Oliva Wilde's vagina tattoo debut

Olivia Wilde wanted to show her vagina tattoo in “The Change Up,” but the director nixed that idea. In the movie Wilde and Ryan Reynolds get tattoos in some sensitive areas, with Wilde’s character getting her vagina tattooed, according to Star Pulse.

Wilde believes the audience is going to want to see the finished product so she suggested hiring a vagina double for the shot in the movie. The producers were too nervous to put that type of shot into the movie and they were unwilling to go with Wilde’s suggestions.

“The Change Up” would have a hard keeping a decent rating for audiences if a vagina with at tattoo was to pop up in a scene. Wilde came onto the set the next day after the tattoo scene was filmed and she was walking funny and moaning. When she was asked what was wrong, she explained she was just in character.

According to Wilde, if her character just got a vagina tattoo the day before, she would be sore. The producers told her not to do that! Her biggest complaint, “We’re being irresponsible to the children out there who might go and get vagina tattoos, expecting to walk normally the next day.”
