The causes of stress and what to do about it part 5

In part 4 we talked about sensory overload and identified it as part of the problem why today’s kids cannot handle stressors in their life. Now if you are the one buying these things for them you are the cause of the problems they will face and not be able to handle later. Sure it sounds harsh, but it is true, parents these days have let their kids go and those of us that haven’t can see it for ourselves.

Kids are no longer able to deal with stress of everyday life like we were able to do when we were young. Such situation like where bullies would make fun of us are no longer able to be tolerated by kids, they are jumping off bridges because someone called them a name and picks on them daily. Kids are not fit in body because they are stuck up under electronics and fed terribly nutrient deficient food every day of their lives.

If you are the one taking them to fast food restaurants instead of cooking wholesome meals for them then you are the cause of some of their issues. The saying, it all starts at home is real, if you do not put your kids on the right path, and not the path that everyone else is following, then you are doing nothing for them that will help later in life.

Without seeking out the help of experts as already mentioned in this series, there are many things that you can do yourself to end the stress in your life. These are the ones best used as teas: Wild Oats, green tea (and not that stuff you can buy from the convenience store in a bottle that says green tea on it), skullcap, vervain, lemon balm, motherwort and red clover. Thousands of years of history have shown that we should all learn to just sit down and stop our day with a warm cup of tea at least once every day. Subscribe above so you do not miss the next part!
