The Beehive, 541 Tremont Street in Boston, Massachusetts ushers in a rare event on Monday February 3 at 8 p.m. The cast of a Tony award-winning production will combine with the music of a legend and it is sure to lead to a night of astounding musical surprises!

Spend a special evening with the cast of ‘The Color Purple’ as they take the stage to honor the Queen of R&B, Grammy-winning recording artist Aretha Franklin on Monday, February 3. With such unforgettable songs such as ‘(You Make Me Feel) Like a Natural Woman,’ ‘Think,’ ‘Chain of Fools,’ and ‘I Say a Little Prayer for You,’ Aretha Franklin’s has lead a dynamic, extraordinary career for over 60 years. The cast of ‘The Color Purple’ will capture her fearlessness, astronomical talent, and stunning vocals.

Currently running at the Speakeasy Stage Company, 539 Tremont Street in Boston, Massachusetts through Saturday, February 8, the acclaimed musical, ‘The Color Purple’ is based on the Pulitzer Prize-winning novel of the same name. The story focuses on the challenges African-American women face in the 1900’s through the eyes of Celie Harris. Visit for tickets and further information!

Executive Chef Marc Orfaly draws inspiration from Aretha Franklin’s hometown and will create delectable specialty entrees from Memphis and Detroit! No cover charge and the Beehive will open its doors for dinner at 5:30 p.m.
