The case for integrated cardio-resistance training

Integrated cardio-resistance training (ICRT) combines resistance training with cardio training. When you perform one side of the equation you also get benefits from the other side, but with ICRT the benefits are not split 50/50.

An ICRT exercise will always emphasize either strength or cardio. Some times by a little, and some times by a lot.

ICRT is effective because you can choose your exercises based on the type of results you want -- more cardio benefits or more resistance benefits.

ICRT cardio training benefits include:

  • fat-burning
  • weight loss
  • increased stamina
  • improved cardiovascular system
  • increased strength
  • additional health benefits.

ICRT resistance training benefits include:

  • increased strength
  • harder muscles
  • chiseled physique
  • resistance to injury
  • an improved CV system
  • additional health benefits.

Quick route to fitness

ICRT can quickly take you to fitness. Exercise is good in general, but traditional cardio and resistance training are not as effective as quickly as ICRT.

Perfecting ICRT has been in development for several years and could not have been accomplished without the help of a small group of female clients that initially hired me as a weight-loss and fitness coach. These superstars of fitness were willing to become test subjects for development of ICRT.

I'll show you precisely how to do ICRT so you can see how it works for yourself. It is totally free, and I won't hold anything back except you don't have personal access to me.

If you are thinking my objective is to get you to hire me, I can assure you that is not the case even if you could afford my hourly rate. I have zero openings for a long time.

So if you want to get fit just use the free information I'll publish over the next couple months.

Disclaimer

ICRT is primarily for women, though it works for men such as myself. But it isn't for a male that wants to get crazy-huge muscles.

The area that ICRT might help a hardcore bodybuilder is getting shredded before a show or photo-shoot without the usual hours per day doing cardio.

ICRT does not ever take more than one hour in the gym.

That's it for now. Watch for the next installment or you can subscribe and be notified when new articles are published.

If you do such things, pray for elected government officials that make decisions based on what's good for the country instead of themselves.
