One of the many reasons I love fashion is the interesting use of color. Getting tired of your tried and true spring staples?

It's time to add a punch of brights to your wardrobe with some neons. Take a cue from Ultra festival and stand out in the crowd with a pop of highlighter colors.

I will admit it is a little tricky being able to rock the bright hues without looking like the 80's threw up on you. However, if done right, the standout colors can do wonders for your wardrobe.

Not sure if you can handle all the electric tones? Rather than go all rave-crazy and wear too many colors together at once, slowly throw one or two into an otherwise conservatively-colored outfit.

Do the glow-in-the-dark spectrum some justice by pairing a neon jacket with some simple denim like me, or stop traffic with a fluorescent dress and a toned-down blazer to juxtapose the extreme color.

Need to take it down a notch? Try incorporating brights into the accessories arena by just a simple bright necklace or some day-glo shades to keep the rest of your look simply chic.

No matter how you decide to do it, I guarantee you're going to become quickly addicted. So get ready to embrace color by checking out my slideshow to the left for some vibrant clothing picks.

You'll be the highlight of the season.
