Mrs. P's Magic Library announced today that a new story has joined its free collection -- Hans Christian Andersen's The Brave Tin Soldier.
Just in time for Valentine's Day, The Brave Tin Soldier tells the story of a tin soldier who falls in love with a paper ballerina.
The newest stories on MrsP.com can be found in the Magic Library -- by clicking on the stack of books at Mrs. P's feet.
Like all the stories in the collection, The Brave Tin Soldier features Mrs. P reading the story, along with the text, so kids can read along. The Brave Tin Soldier also features original illustrations from Portland artist Jake Holloman.
Mrs. P's Magic Library is based primarily in Portland, Ore. and provides a free, virtual storytime for children. The site is safe & ad-free, so parents can rest easy while their kids are browsing. The main homepage for MrsP.com also recently underwent a makeover, to make it easier for parents and teachers to navigate and find new content.
