Shonda Bradford's approach to fitness is all about listening to the body and not punishing it with hundreds of repetitions and 'bootcamp' demands. At the Bradford Method you are sure to get a workout whether it's a semi-private training session, one on one or a Trampoline Freestyle class. Bradford is a former ballerina, Alvin Ailey Master teacher, and Pilates guru. Combining elements of yoga, dance, Pilates and core strengthening techniques you will have a graceful one-of-a-kind workout.
Semi-private and private sessions are performed on the state of the art Garuda apparatus. As soon as you enter the quaint Upper East Side studio there is an amazing sense of support by fellow students and Shonda herself.
