The Boulder Outlook Hotel and Suites is a uniquely Boulder hotel. An independent hotel located adjacent to the University of Colorado along U.S. 36 as you enter Boulder from the southeast, the Boulder Outlook Hotel embraces the spirit that is Boulder.

Proudly proclaiming itself Boulder's first zero waste hotel, the Boulder Outlook offers easy access to all that is Boulder with a minimal environmental footprint. Recycling is done in partnership with EcoCycle and guests are encouraged to help minimize their footprint by reusing towels and linens.

When the hotel was purchased in December of 2002 the decision was made to rennovate and salvage the existing Ramada Inn instead of tearing it down in order to build a modern vanilla hotel or even condos on the existing site. This reuse of the exisiting structure formed the Boulder Outlook Hotel's environmental foundation. The goal was to create a unique lodging facility representative of the Boulder experience.

The Blues and Greens Restaurant's menu features locally produced ingredients. The Boulder Outlook offers free music Thursday through Sunday and is the Home of the Blues in Boulder. It's chlorine free pool and flagstone hot tub occupy the picturesque mezzanine, known as the Boulder Square, along with an eleven foot climbing boulder. There is a liquid solar screen over the pool area to help reduce evaporation and access to high speed wireless internet is available throughout the Square. There are four versitle conference rooms, totalling 3800 square feet of meeting space, along with a 24/7 business center for guests. The hotel is pet friendly with both rooms and a designated exercise area for your travelling companion. Room prices range from $69 up to $499, with a variety of rooms and suites available.

The Boulder Outlook Hotel and Suites offers a unique and enjoyable experience. It may be one of the best kept secrets in the metro area.
