The BoozeDay Run is More My Speed

Going on their third year, The Irish Drinking Team Spokane Chapter has begun planning their annual BoozeRun along side BestSpokaneBars. Taking place the weekend after Bloomsday, they give you a tshirt, a map, and send you on your way to collect a button from ten different bars located in Downtown Spokane. Each button is the logo of the bar you get it from, so there is no cheating! By the end you have a tshirt hanging heavy and you reach the finish line, this year it is Nyne Bar located at 232 W Sprague Ave. There you will show off your collection and receive a surprise "finisher" shirt, just like Bloomsday! Dancing with the bars house DJ and DJ Bruskey rounds out the evening every year! They plan their event every year so people who want to run/walk the actual Bloomsday can and not be hungover!
