It looks like "The Bold and the Beautiful's" Ridge Forrester isn't missing after all. His portrayer, Thorsten Kaye, was just one of the cast members who headed to Monte Carlo over the weekend to attend the 54th Monte Carlo TV Festival. The show, which is seen daily in more than 100 countries by more than 35 million people, has received the TV Audience Award Golden Nymph at the festival for the ninth year in a row, winning the award for the previous eight years.

Kaye and fellow cast mates Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke), Darrin Brooks (Wyatt), Kim Matula (Hope), Scott Clifton (Liam) and newcomer Ashleigh Brewer (Ivy, who first appears next month) met with fans, attended The Festival's Grand Ceremony and met with the international press to talk about the show and their characters. Cast members will also shoot on location in Monte Carlo and in Paris before returning to Los Angeles where the show is produced.

In this short interview clip, Kaye talks about the show's incredible world wide popularity and gives his thoughts on why the show is so loved worldwide. Check out the video interview with Kaye on this page.

As "Bold" audiences know, Kaye's character, Ridge, was last seen falling from a helicopter over the Persian Gulf in Abu Dhabi in an attempt to stop ex-wife Brooke from marrying his arch enemy Bill Spencer (Don Diamont). Currently his character is missing and has yet to be found.

To find out Ridge's fate and how it will affect The Forrester Family, catch "The Bold and the Beautiful" weekdays on CBS.
