On yesterday's episode of "The Bold and the Beautiful," as the group gathered at the Forrester mansion continued celebrating Thanksgiving, talk turned to Rick and Caroline, the guests of honor. Everyone wondered when they would get married. Brooke thought Christmas would be nice, but Rick announced they couldn't wait that long. Suddenly, the cat was out of the bag that Rick and Caroline intended to get married right then and there.
Eric announced they were about to have a wedding and Pam and Charlie took to the kitchen to make a cake. An awe struck Aly told Hope she thought impromptu weddings were so romantic and she caused Hope's eyebrows to rise when she suggested she and Liam get married as well. Hope ran off to help Caroline who was in the guest house with Maya, Dayzee and a surprise for Rick.
Rick had planted the perfect wedding dress for Caroline in the guest house where she was overwhelmed.
In the meantime, Brooke was taking a breather on the terrace and Bill approached her. No surprises here. Bill told Brooke he knew she was still in love with him. She insisted they were over, but he refused to believe that. He knew it seemed impossible, but he was sure they would find their way back to each other. Brooke was left looking lost, like something was missing.
Things heated up in the kitchen between Pam and Charlie as they strived to make the perfect frosting. Charlie kissed some frosting off Pam's face much to her surprise. They nailed the frosting, but would they have time to bake a cake?
Bill showed up in the guest house after receiving a text from Caroline wanting to know if he would walk her down the aisle. He told his niece he would be happy to walk her down the aisle. She reached out to embrace him, but he didn't want any public display of affection. Hope, Dayzee and Maya hugged Caroline and left her alone with Bill. Bill told her if he had a daughter she would be just like her. He also said he felt as though he did have a daughter saying Rick was lucky to be marrying a Spencer.
Bill returned to the mansion with Caroline and Pam excitedly announced Caroline was on her way. Eric tickled the ivories playing Here comes the Bride and Bill walked her to Rick. Carter began officiating the ceremony
Traditional vows were exchanged and Carter added he knew the couple had no time to write their own vows. Rick chose to speak from the heart. He recalled the day he met the beautiful, talented and sometimes bratty Caroline. He explained despite her brattiness, she was always classy. He said he loved her from the day he saw her, and mentioned how he almost gave up on her. He said it was her determination that kept them together. He said she was his Caroline and he would protect and cherish every moment with her. He promised his love forever.
Caroline took a turn at speaking. She mentioned Rick being relieved she didn't blog her way down the aisle, but she knew people would die to see her dress. She also said the she was proud to be a member of the Logan/Forrester family. Bill cleared his throat loudly and Caroline added she would always be proud to be a Spencer. She stated Hope and Eric had been so good to her and that Hope had become the sister she never had.
She then added that Rick fascinated her, challenged her and even reined her in when she needed it. He was her partner and she adored this guy. She promised she would always love him, and while their marriage might not always be conventional, it would be interesting. She also said she was sure when they looked back at this years from now, they would believe they never could have done this any other way or with anyone else. Carter pronounced them husband and wife and everyone cheered.
On today's episode, Wyatt tells Hope that unlike what happened with Prince Charming, she will actually make it through the 'I do's' with her. Quinn refers to someone as a slut and also announces she is an essential part of Forrester Creations and she won't be going anywhere. Caroline asks Rick never to stop surprising her.
