The cast of the hit CBS Daytime drama "The Bold and the Beautiful" went to the exotic local of Monte Carlo over the weekend to attend the 54th Annual Monte Carlo TV Festival. The show was recognized for the ninth year in a row with the TV Audience Award Golden Nymph in the Telenovela/Soap category, having won the prestigious award for the past eight consecutive years.
Cast members Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke), Thorsten Kaye (Ridge), Scott Clifton (Liam), Kim Matula (Hope), Darrin Brooks (Wyatt) and newcomer Ashleigh Brewer (Ivy) were on hand at the fan friendly event to sign autographs, to meet with the international press and to shoot a few episodes on location both in Monte Carlo and Paris. Location shoots have become a regular thing for the Emmy winning show, which has previously shot in Mexico, Monte Carlo, Aspen and most recently Dubai and Abu Dahbi earlier this year.
Katherine Kelly Lang, who plays Brooke Logan Forrester, met with the press for an interview where the popular actress talked about being seen in over 100 countries worldwide by more than 35 million daily, causing fans to feel like they know her. The Emmy nominated actress also talked about how the show's head writer and executive producer, Brad Bell, keeps the show entertaining year after year to it's growing audience.
