Aunt Ev’s Cardamom Bundt Cake Recipe
The Aunt Eve's Cardamom Bundt Cake recipe listed below quick and easy to make with spiced with cardamom, cinnamon and nutmeg. Wonderful cake to serve with coffee or tea.
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Ingredients:
8 tbsp butter, melted (1 stick)
1 cup raw sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups white flour
1 tbsp cardamom, ground
¼ tsp cinnamon, ground
¼ tsp nutmeg, ground
1 tbsp orange rind, grated
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 cup sour cream or yogurt
Method:
In a large bowl mix together the first 4 ingredients.
Add the next 7 ingredients to wet ingredients.
Add the 1 cup sour cream or yogurt and mix all together.
Butter and dust with flour a 10-inch bundt pan. Pour mixture into the pan.
Bake at 325°F for 45-50 minutes or until a thin knife inserted into cake comes out clean.
