'The Biggest Loser' upsets group by discussing childhood obesity

Tonight on "The Biggest Loser" 14th season premiere they will tackle the topic of childhood obesity for the first time. On Jan. 5, news came out on the LA Times that they have upset a fat acceptance group with this idea. What do you think of it?

The National Assn. to Advance Fat Acceptance is very upset that they are adding children into the show. NBC points out the fact that they won't be showing the weight of the younger children. They will just get to rejoice in the fact that they are losing weight each week and getting healthy. They will have fun and learn how to be healthy again.

The NAAF says that "The Biggest Loser" is trying "profit off the bullying and stigmatization of fat kids." The show insists that they are doing this in the best way possible and are taking care of the kids. It sounds like it is going to be a controversial season.

What do you think of "The Biggest Loser" adding children to the cast for season 14? Sound off in the comments below on your thoughts. Don't miss the return of Jillian tonight on the show.
