The Biggest Loser update: Ana goes home, see how she looks today (videos)
Last week on “The Biggest Loser Couples” Ana Alvarado was sent home, and she made it clear she felt she had let her daughter, Irene, down. In a new NBC web video exclusive you can see how Ana looks today and hear how though she only spent one week at The Biggest Loser Ranch, she learned enough to make serious life changes. Ana Alvarado has lost 50 pounds! She now weighs 205 pounds.
Ana spoke about how frustrating it was to become the first one eliminated. She also discussed the pain she was in as she suffers from arthritic knees. Ana said that since she appeared on the show and lost 50 pounds she has experienced a decrease in pain, is more effective at her job, and spends more time engaging in social activities.
The Biggest Loser has given me the chance and encouragement, the motivation to take control and charge of my life so that I can actually start living and enjoying my life,” Ana said.
