Rachel Frederickson won the fifteenth season of "The Biggest Loser" by the biggest margin ever. Her 155-pound weight loss was so shocking that many immediately started talking about how small she became. On Feb. 7, Reality TV World reported that trainer Bob Harper is finally speaking about Rachel's shocking weight loss.

Frederickson began the season of "The Biggest Loser" weighing in at 260 pounds and ended it at a tiny 105 pounds. Many fans of the show gasped at her final reveal. Rachel Frederickson is 5'5" and her BMI is now 17.5. This makes her medically underweight.

Immediately after the show aired, people started talking about the reaction of trainers Jillian Michaels and Bob Harper. You could see them mouthing "Oh my God!" as she walked out on stage. This is because they hadn't seen her in some time either.

There is a time lapse where contestants are sent home to continue their diet and workout routines on their own. They return for a final weigh in and results show where they are reunited with the trainers and cast. This was the first time many had seen Rachel and her results were a shock for everyone.

Harper reportedly told Rachel Ray during an interview, "I was stunned. That would be the word. I mean, we've never had a contestant come in at 105 pounds." Bob Harper also told Ray that they have never had a contestant weigh in at 105-pounds before. This was unprecedented. Rachel Frederickson lost a whopping 155-pounds which totaled 60% of her starting body weight.
