Tonight’s Biggest Loser starts where it left off on last week’s episode when host Alison Sweeney informs the remaining 3 contestants and their personal trainers, veteran Bob Harper and Dolvett Quince, that for that coveted last spot in the final 3, Jeremy would have to compete in a race against the other eliminated players. Will Jeremy have enough fight and knowledge in him to beat out his fellow brethren to seal his final spot in the finale or will he come up short?
Fan favorites Cassandra, Emily, Meghan and Kim S., returned for their chance in a series of challenges based around their time on campus. From the very first challenge which was a 100 yard dash to the final challenge, standing on one foot on a podium while holding the ticket for the last spot in the top 3, the competitors gave Jeremy a run for his money.
[The biggest surprise of the evening was not one of the fan favorites placed in the top 3 and Chris had to sit out the entire competition due to doctor’s restrictions.]
In the end, Jeremy had to compete against early castoffs Mike and Lauren, but in the end, Jeremy took his rightful place in the final 3 which brings up the question, was any viewer really surprised?
The top 3 went home to show off how far they came along and the viewers were left with a sense that the Biggest Loser left them hanging but where the episode before the finale came up short, will the finale be one for the record books, or will it leave viewers wondering, was that all?
