Summer is here which means it's time for the Big Campout! The sixth annual Big Campout will take place at Lake Metropark's Penitentiary Glen Reservation in Kirtland on June 28th and 29th. Arrive at noon on Saturday, June 28th and spend the day enjoying all that Penitentiary Glen Reservation has to offer. You can go for a hike, visit the Nature Center, go fishing, watch a live animal show and so much more. When night time rolls around, campers can sit by the campfire, tell stories, sing songs, make s'mores and star watch. Night hikes will also take place for those who are interested. In the morning, enjoy a continental breakfast and coffee outside with the other campers and take part in some more activities until the campout comes to an end at noon.
