'The Big Bang Theory' star uses humor to talk Obama birth certificate

Who would have ever thought the controversy surrounding President Barack Obama's birth certificate would work so well as a joke for one of the stars of "The Big Bang Theory?" Simon Helberg (otherwise known as Howard Wolowitz) is actually in Washington D.C. to help fight for arts funding, but managed this lovely joke in the process:

"Just got to D.C. Trying to figure out the classiest way to ask Obama to see his amniotic sack."

With that rather disgusting sort of comment out of the way, let's take a look at what the show has coming up for us. On Thursday night we are back with what is the beginning of a four-episode run to close out the season, and it features a whole new sort of dynamic as Sheldon ends up partying with some of the ladies. If you want to avoid any sort of spoilers, do not click on the article to the left -- but let's just say that Jim Parsons' neurtoric character gets a little bit closer than he ever has before with someone of the female sex.

Do you think Simon's comment sums up what some of the sentiment is towards this "birther" hysteria, and are you excited for this upcoming episode?
