The Jan. 3 episode of “The Big Bang Theory” found Sheldon Cooper in hot water with the human resources department after making inappropriate comments to his assistant. According to a Jan. 4 TV.com report, some fans of the show think Sheldon finally got what was coming to him.
The trouble started when Alex finally made a move Leonard couldn’t ignore. She’s been crushing on him all season, but he didn’t realize it until she asked him to dinner. When Leonard told the guys, Sheldon took it upon himself to intervene.
The episode is called “The Egg Salad Equivalency” because Sheldon explained to Alex that his father always told him women are like egg salad on a hot Texas day – full of eggs and only enjoyable for a short amount of time.
Sheldon also told Alex that all women are a slave to their hormones, commented on her menstrual cycle and insisted she look at photos of STDs to quell her sexual urges. Alex filed a complained with HR and Sheldon was called in for a meeting.
Sheldon, of course, didn’t understand what the problem was and threw Leonard, Raj and Howard under the bus during the meeting. By the time this episode of “The Big Bang Theory” was over, all four guys were in the human resources office.
