'The Big Bang Theory' season 7 spoilers: Sheldon's 'Star Wars' showdown

On Wednesday, January 29 Hypable posted a bunch of spoilers for "The Convention Conundrum," the fourteenth episode of the seventh season of the CBS drama "The Big Bang Theory," which will feature actors from the popular "Star Wars" film franchise. The official synopsis is listed below:

After the guys can’t get Comic-Con tickets, Sheldon tries to hold his own convention and winds up spending a wild night with James Earl Jones. Meanwhile, the girls see if they can act like “grown-ups.”

A sneak peek for the episode reveals that Sheldon (Jim Parsons) meets actor James Earl Jones in a restaurant and the two hit it off over a love of "Star Wars," the film in which Jones voices Darth Vader. Afterwards, Sheldon decides to spend more time with the actor, which leads to a reunion with another "Stars Wars" actress: Carrie Fisher.

In several images released for the episode, Sheldon recovers from the Comic-Con loss quickly he just creates his own convention instead. Fisher is another actor that Sheldon has hand picked for Sheldon-Con, and uses his new found friendship with Jones to get to meet her, but the two actors may not be the best of friends. One images shows Fisher holding a baseball bat up when Sheldon and Jones show up at her residence.

Meanwhile Penny, Bernadette and Amy spend some quality girl time together at The Cheesecake Factory and Penny's apartment and even Amy's tiara makes an appearance. The will put themselves through a series of tasks involving proper etiquette that provides more than a few laughs.

"The Convention Conundrum" will air on Thursday, January 30 at 8 p.m. on CBS. There are ten episodes left in the season and the series has yet been renewed for an eighth season. The season was included references to science fiction since the pilot, but this is the first time the show has featured actors who appeared in the original "Star Wars' film trilogy.
