This week will feature the amazing song by CeeLo Green entitled “Mary Did You Know”. Take a little time and watch this glorious preview of Jesus Christ and the people who were a major part of His life as the song plays in the background. Roma Downey, as you may recall, is the star of the syndicated TV show “Touched By An Angel” and she will be playing the older Mary, Mother of God.
For the next three Sundays, “The Bible” will air on The History Channel (Comcast Ch. 192, Direct TV Ch. 269 and U-verse Ch. 256) until the conclusion on Resurrection Sunday (Easter) March 31, 2013 at 8:00 p.m. According to the Neilson Ratings from last week, “The Bible” is number two of the top 10 cable shows. If you missed last weeks show (Mar. 17, 2013) check here for the reruns.
On Sunday, March 24th, the fourth, two-hour show will consist of the following:
Martha and the Disciples wait outside Lazarus' tomb (John 11); Jesus leaving Lazarus' tomb (John 11); Jesus and Disciples in Galilee (Mat. 28:10); John the Disciple; Mary and Jesus; Peter and Simon the Pharisee argue outside the synagogue; Mary Magdalene and Jesus; Matthew; Jesus delivers the Sermon on the Mount (Mat.5- 7) and Nicodemus (John 3).
