I received an e-mail the other day from Tom Bobadilla, the AYSO Director of Referees, and it was a link to a youtube video produced by ResponsibleSports.com

I've become skeptical of referee-help videos in my time. Usually, they're about as stale and unproductive as endless scenario-based arguments among amateur referees.
This new video, however, was right on. There were real questions and real answers.
Bobadilla does well to describe situational refereeing without getting lost in the minutia or getting off-topic with wild tangents.
It was on par with the best referee Q&A I've ever been a part of -- and I wasn't even a part of this one.
So yeah, it's really, really good.
