Hey!
I realize I post a lot of recipes using fresh garlic so thought I'd share the best garlic tip ever:
Microwave the clove, in its skin for 10 - 15 seconds, on high power. The jacket totally slips off and it is slightly softened - ready for you to chop, grate, press or slice.
The garlic clove is a bit hot right at first - use caution.
