The best anti-aging diet (Video)

Are you looking for a natural skin enhancer? Look no further than your food pantry. What you eat shows on the outside. If you eat foods that are rich in antioxidants, you can appear years younger than your actual age. The trick is to consume vitamins that promote younger looking skin.

What are some vitamins that fight the aging process? Vitamins A, C and E along with omega3 fatty acids promote healthy skin. Foods such as dark fruit- black and blueberries, raspberries, plums and strawberries are proven to improve skin texture and tone. That goes for dark vegetables and beans as well-red kidney beans, spinach, peas, broccoli and dark green lettuces. These foods are rich in vitamins A, C and E.

There are other foods that fight the aging process such as avocados, asparagus, green peppers, carrots, sweet potatoes, mushrooms and onions. These may be eaten in a salad or whole as a snack. Salmon is rich in omega3 fatty acids and helps prevent dry skin and wrinkles. Chocolate lovers can consume dark chocolate daily to protect the skin from harmful UV rays. Also, remember to drink green tea for a potent dose of wrinkle fighting. For optimum results, foods high in antioxidants should be a part of your daily diet.
